Banjo is mostly used in Bluegrass, a music genre that developed in the 1940s in the United States. It’s a fast, vibrant music very closely connected to English, Scottish and Irish traditional music.

If you’re interested in learning how to play banjo, I just want to let you know that is something completely achievable! Learning the basics is easy, and with a bit of practice, you will make big progress in a short time.
